Open only to individuals who are (a) legal residents of Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, or Ventura County in the State of California, (b) at least eighteen (18) years of age, and (c) a parent/legal guardian (or a teacher, with parent/legal guardian permission prior to entering) of a child at least six (6) years of age and no older than fourteen (14) years of age ("Child"), and who accept and agree to be bound by the Official Rules.
